The project was to convert an existing industrial site with existing office block to a fully self contained bus depot for a local operator. Required was a 5 bay bus workshop, diesel store, bus wash bay with water efficient systems and parking for 40 buses.

We were also to design carports for the offices and demonstrate adequate staff carparking was allowed for.
