 


The project brief from the clients was to take advantage of the northern orientation to provide most energy efficient and sustainable dwelling utilising natural lighting, cross ventilation and wide eaves using standard building practices.
The block is located in the Pacific Harbour development on Bribie Island and, as such, has high levels of covenants and expectation to adhere to.
We were asked to investigate the opportunity of achieving a duplex development given the corner block and lot area in excess of 1000 sqm despite this being against covenant regulations.
