The challenge of designing the Extension of the Residence was to make a design impact on the 582 sqm. site  being situated around the corner coinciding with the safety and security of the client’s family. To the South was direct views to the Pumicestone Passage so this was certainly our inspiration to work with.

With the Existing  building to be kept and adding a Ground Floor Games Room, Bedroom and a Patio, it was a feat in keeping the elements of the old house intact in consideration to the new design and levels. The client’s concept of the design was a “Beach House” taking advantage of the water view from all areas within the Additions.
